Hi,
Want to tell that even diode D7 to likely LM7805 for the black relay want to have a 1N4007(or 6, maybe 5 idk), or FR107(-''-) or UF07(-''-).
A FR103 wasnt enough for me with an clumsy al electrolyte capacitor . .
Because the diode exploded in my UC7SL when the battery was in full charge and would stop to use the relay.
Now works well with new capacitor 400v, same uF or a bit less are maybe equal in ESR and varistor 36(up to ~9)1k, because of 220v*1.42 and a place for "spikey transit"
I mean same al electrolyte capacitor.. dont buy it then maybe ur D7 will be alive
Test it, dont be afraid

Abt the pins 2 and 4 in the image there, it is half [110v] of 220v
If ur transformator have many pins, then it is highly likely adjusted for 220v too
